How do I reset my voicemail password?

Log into the user portal, navigate to Settings > Voicemail, and click ‘Reset PIN’. You can also dial *98 from your phone and follow the prompts.

You can set up call forwarding through the user portal or by pressing the Forward button on your desk phone. Contact support if you need assistance.

First, check that the phone is properly connected to your network. If the issue persists, try unplugging the phone for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

Administrators can add users through the admin portal. For assistance, contact our team and we’ll help you set up new extensions.
